Sadly, I won’t have much of a blog today. I got back from Main Saturday and had to go in to advise today. Because my building is being renovated, I have been moved to one of those awesome portable school buildings-yiu know, a trailer built for education.
While it is not as bad as some I have seen, the mold around the air conditioning vents and th hideous fake wood panels detracts a bit from the ambiance.
On the plus side, the server and network rack for the building is in my building is in my office, thus affording a chance for extra income,, should my ethics lapse enough for, say, a porno site.
Because the new office location is far from the beaten path (and down about six flights of outside stairs) I only had one person come in for advising today-and he had to be guided to the building by the office manager. It has been said that signs will be in place soon, but I suspect I will not have many visitors in my exile. Well, unless I get that server going…
